Hazing Prohibition Act of 2003 - Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA) to suspend the Federal student financial aid eligibility of any student who has been subjected to an official sanction for hazing, or for being an accessory to hazing. Includes hazing among those campus crimes required to be reported to students and employees by institutions of higher education participating in HEA student aid programs.
