Summary

Wheat Grower Preservation Act - Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to: (1) increase the loan level for the 1978 through 1981 crops of wheat from $2.35 to $2.50 per bushel; (2) increase the established price for the 1978 crop of wheat from $3.00 to $3.50 per bushel; and (3) require the Commodity Credit Corporation to sell stored wheat at not less than the parity price.
