Summary

Establishes criminal penalties for anyone in authorized possession of classified information identifying any individual or entity as being or having been employed or associated with the Central Intelligence Agency who willfully discloses such information to anyone not authorized to receive it. Bars prosecution if such information is released to congressional committees, U.S. district judges, and Federal law enforcement officers upon application to the Attorney General.
