Summary
Provides for appropriate ceremonies with respect to the burial of deceased veterans in national cemeteries upon the request of the immediate family. Provides that such ceremonies shall be provided without assessment of costs and shall include a chaplain, the use of available cemetery chapel, a U.S. flag to drape the casket, and military personnel to serve in the funeral. (Amends 38, U.S.C. 1004)
