Summary
Provides that for purposes of determining the amount of civil service retirement annuity to which a named individual is entitled, such individual's service as an engineer on Navy construction projects for a specified period shall be considered creditable service. Provides that such individual shall be considered to be an annuitant enrolled under Federal employees' health benefits provisions and shall be paid from the Employees Health Benefits Fund for medical expenses incurred during a specified period.
