Summary

Amends the Magnuson Fishery Conservation and Management Act of 1976 to require the Secretary of State to consider such other fishery matters as the Secretary of State, in cooperation with the Secretary of Commerce, deems appropriate. (Current law requires the Secretary of State to consider such other matters, not limited to fishery matters, as the Secretary of State, in cooperation with the Secretary of Commerce, deems appropriate.)
