Prepaid Prescription Program Negotiation Act - States that it shall not be unlawful under any antitrust law for any group or association of professional pharmacists to negotiate collectively with a third-party prepaid prescription program administrator or sponsor with respect to their reimbursement for dispensing prescriptions under such programs or with respect to the administrative and operational features of such programs.
