A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that entitlement to wife's insurance benefits, in the case of a wife who has in her care a child of the insured individual entitled to child's insurance benefits on such individual's wage record, shall continue after her divorce from such individual even though she has not attained age 62 (assuming they had been married to each other for the required period) if she continues to have such child in her care.
