Summary

States that those land use permits issued by the Secretary of the Interior for the use of federally owned land noncommercial private residences along the lower Colorado River in the area known as the Parder Strip shall be extended until December 31, 1976. Provides that after such date such permits may be extended by the Secretary of Interior for any number of years.
