Summary
Relieves a certain individual of all liability for payment to the United States of a specified sum due the United States for the overpayment of compensation for work injuries. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay to such individual an amount equal to the aggregate of any amounts paid by such individual, or withheld from sums otherwise due such individual concerning such indebtedness.
