Summary

Directs the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to acquire one hundred and thirty acres of land for the expansion of the Beverly National Cemetery in or near Beverly, Burlington County, New Jersey. Provides decreasing annual percentages of the taxes otherwise assessable on such property by the municipality to be paid by the Federal Government. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act. Directs the Administrator to provide for the maintenance of the lands acquired under authority of this Act.
