Summary
Defines "person" and "net worth" for purposes of the Small Business Investment Act of 1958. Adds the following title to the Small Business Investment Act of 1958: Title VI: Equity Investments in Small Business. Permits any person to provide equity capital to small business concerns in amounts aggregating to not more than five percent of such person's net worth. Repeals the provision of the Small Business Act which authorizes grants for studies, research, and counseling concerning the operation of small business enterprises.
