Summary
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Amendments - Amends the General Education Provisions Act to delete the name of a student from the definition of directory information which may be released without a student's consent. Authorizes educational institutions to release names of students to an individual or organization without a student's consent provided that such requests designate whole class membership rolls of students at the same chronological level of progression, or graduates of a particular year.
