Summary
Amends the National Visitor Center Facilities Act of 1968 to increase from $21,580,000 to $57,240,000 the amount which shall be made available from funds authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of the Interior for supplemental alterations and construction of steam lines as the Secretary deems necessary for the provision of adequate facilities for visitors at the National Visitor Center, Washington, D.C. Authorizes the Architect of the Capitol to contract with the Secretary to furnish steam from the Capitol Power Plant to the Union Station.
