Summary

Provides that the State of Utah may relinquish such tracts of school land, including mineral rights, within specified areas of the Navajo Reservation to the United States in trust for the Navajo Tribe. States that the State of Utah shall have the right to select other unreserved lands in the State of Utah equal in area to those relinquished.
