Summary

Automobile Repair Parts Availability Act - Requires that automobile manufacturers or importers make repair parts for their automobiles available for not less than seven years after such automobile is imported or manufactured. Requires that such part be delivered to a person desiring such part not later than ten days after such part is ordered. Provides that this Act may be enforced in Federal Courts by the Federal Trade Commission or anyone injured by a violator of this Act.
