Summary
Redefines, for purposes of Federal criminal law, the term "firearm" to exclude any device which is intended only to fire a defensive gas, or a pyrotechnic signal, or both, and which does not have a separated chambered barrel capable of firing a fixed round of ammunition. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 921(a)(3))
