Summary
Provides that, in computing years of active service of any female member of the armed forces, there shall be credited all service performed outside the United States during World War I by any female citizen who was a member of the telephone operating units, Signal Corps, American Expeditionary Forces. (Adds 10 U.S.C. 1039)
