Summary

Provides survivors' benefits for widows, widowers, and children of Federal employees who have received payments for permanent total disability for more than 20 years. Prohibits full benefit payments to widows or widowers unless the widow or widower was dependent on such employee on the date of the individual's death and for ten years preceding such death. Reduces the amount of benefits based on degree and duration of dependency and other factors.
