Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, in his administration of the Harpers Ferry National Monument, to acquire additional lands and to provide, directly or by contract, an interpretive shuttle transportation service within and between the lands acquired for such National Monument. Authorizes necessary appropriations to carry out the purposes of the Act.
