Summary

Amends Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to define "quarter of coverage" for purposes of qualifying a handicapped individual for social security benefits as a quarter in which such handicapped individual has been paid $50 or more in wages or has been credited with $100 or more of self-employment income while working in a facility which provides remunerative work for the handicapped.
