Summary

Amends Federal law establishing the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Michigan to extend the authority of the Secretary of Interior over scenic roads to roads lying within Benzie County. (Currently the Secretary's authority extends to roads within a designated parkway zone.) Requires that federally-owned lands in Leelanau County which are within the designated parkway zone but are not within, or contiguous to, the lakeshore zone be disposed of as surplus property after first being offered for sale to the previous owners.
