Summary

Repeals the Emergency Daylight Saving Time Energy Conservation Act of 1973, effective at 2 o'clock ante-meridian on the fourth Sunday which occurs after the date of enactment of this Act, except that if such Sunday is in March or April this Act shall take effect at 2 o'clock ante-meridian on the last Sunday of April.
