Summary
World War I Pension Act - Directs the Administrator of the Veterans Administratin to pay to each veteran of World War I, who meets the service requirements of this Act, a pension at the monthly rate of $150. Defines the terms "veteran" and "World War I". States that the pension under this Act shall be paid to a veteran withour regard to his annual income, if solely derived from the payments of social security benefits, railroad retirement benefits, or pensions. Sets forth specified minimum service requirements for a veteran to be eligible for a pension under this Act.
