Summary

Provides, under the Trade Act of 1974, that if unemployment insurance is paid under State law to an adversely affected worker receiving or eligible to receive a trade adjustment allowance, the State agency making such payment shall be reimbursed by the Federal Government. States that the amount of such reimbursement shall be determined by the Secretary of Labor on the basis of reports furnished to him by the State agency.
