Summary
Provides that in computing the income of any person for the purpose of determining his eligibility for a pension pursuant to the Veterans' Pension Act, there shall be excluded any monthly benefit payments payable to such person under title II of the Social Security Act and any monthly benefit payments payable to such person pursuant to title IV of the Federal Coal Mine Health and Safety Act.
