Summary
Declares specified portions of Stamford Harbor, Fairfield County, Connecticut, to be nonnavigable waters within the meaning of the Constitution and laws of the United States. Provides that such declaration applies only to described portions which are either bulkheaded and filled or occupied by permanent pile-supported structures on the date of enactment of this Act.
