Summary
Directs the Mayor of the District of Columbia, consistent with an urban renewal plan approved by the Council of the District of Columbia, to transfer all title and interest of the United States to and in specified property in Southwest Washington, D. C. to the District of Columbia Redevelopment Land Agency. Authorizes the Agency, in accordance with the District of Columbia Redevelopment Act of 1945, to lease or sell all or part of the transferred parcel.
