Summary

Guayule Rubber Demonstration and Economic Development Act - Amends the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 to authorize the Secretary of Commerce to conduct a program of research, development, and demonstration projects of guayule rubber production and manufacture as an economic development opportunity for the southwestern States. Establishes a National Advisory Committee to assist the Secretary in carrying out this Act. Authorizes the Secretary to enter into cooperative projects with the Government of Mexico to accomplish this Act.
