Summary
Public Accountability Act - Defines the terms used in this Act. Requires that, upon written request by any individual, any person, State, or unit of local government which receives money from the United States shall promptly make available to such individual for inspection and copying all records in its possession or under its control which relate to the receipt and expenditure of such money. Provides for time limitations upon the provisions of this Act. Provides for exemptions under this Act.
