Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Commissioner of the Bureau of Reclamation, to enter into a contract with the State of California for the cooperative development of facilities required for the management of fish and wildlife in the Suisun Marsh, Solano County, California. States that such contract shall provide for the transfer of funds from the Bureau to the State of California in an amount sufficient to cover one-half the cost of the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the project.
