Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and sell to the general public gold coin commemoratives. Prohibits counterfeiting, uttering, selling, or forging such coins and sets forth penalties for such acts. Directs the Secretary to enter into appropriate arrangements for the sale of such coins with the Administrator of General Services.
