Summary
Native Americans Equal Opportunity Act - Directs the President: (1) to abrogate all treaties entered into between the United States and any Indian tribe; (2) to convey to individual adult members of such tribe or to a tribal corporation any real property held in trust for such tribe and any funds deposited to its credit in the United States Treasury; (3) to abrogate all hunting and fishing rights; and (4) to subject all members of such tribe to Federal, State and local laws. Directs that any property which becomes subject to State or local property taxation as a result of this Act shall be subject to taxation only as specified in this Act. Sets forth a formula to be followed in taxing such property. Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to make grants to any State or local government with respect to any property which is not subject to taxation under this Act. Terminates the Bureau of Indian Affairs whenever all of the functions vested by law in the Bureau have been terminated as a result of this Act.
