Summary

Provides, under title XVI of the Social Security Act (Grants to States for Aid to Aged, Blind, and Disabled), that support and maintenance furnished to a handicapped child under the age of eighteen who is living in another person's household shall not constitute income to such child for purposes of determining his or her eligibility for supplemental security income benefits. Reduces the extent from 33 1/3 percent to 20 percent to which such support and maintenance constitutes income for such purposes in any other case.
