Summary
Provides that a determination that a child of a veteran became permanently incapable of self-support before attaining the age of 18, which has been made for compensation or pension purposes by the Veterans' Administration, and which has been continuously in force for 20 years or more, shall not be terminated except upon a showing that the rating was based on fraud. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 110)
