Summary

Amends the Federal bankruptcy code to extend to any collective-bargaining agreement subject to the Railway Labor Act (airline agreements as well as railroad agreements) provisions which prohibit a trustee in a reorganization from altering employee wages or working conditions except in accordance with such Act.
