Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to provide for protection of the quality of water in Lake Casitas, California, and to provide for the preservation and enhancement of public outdoor recreation, fish and wildlife, and the environment of the area by acquiring in the name of the United States specified privately owned lands within the Casitas Reservoir Watershed. Authorizes necessary appropriations to carry out this Act.
