Summary
Provides that for purposes of determining eligibility for veterans' pensions the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs shall exclude as income of the person any portion of any payment made to such person under public or private retirement, annuity, endowment, or similar plans or programs if that portion is attributable to any dependent of the person.
