Summary
Federal Program Information Act- Requires the President to create a Federal Program Information Center which shall establish a computerized information system which identifies all Federal domestic assistance programs in such a way as to enable any potential beneficiary of any such program to determine his or her eligibility for any such program by utilizing such system. Requires the President to publish an annual catalog of Federal domestic assistance programs containing all information included in the Center's information system. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
