Summary

Waives the requirements of present Federal law to permit John J. Sirica, chief judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, to continue as chief judge of such court until the head of the Office of Watergate Special Prosecution Force in the Department of Justice, or his successor, determines that all of the prosecution within the jurisdiction of that office, and any successor, have been completed. (Waives 28 U.S.C. 136(a))
