Amends the Internal Revenue Code to provide that individuals who are required to leave their employment because of any circumstance that would entitle the individuals to unpaid leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 will not be denied unemployment compensation while such circumstance continues based on failure to meet State law requirements relating to work availability and active search for work.
