Summary
Provides that no person shall make contributions to the campaign of a candidate for nomination for election, or for election, to the office of Senator, Representative, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner which in the aggregate exceed $1000. Sets forth penalties for violation of this Act. Excludes contributions made by the national committees of a political party from the provisions of this Act.
