Summary
Minivan Tariff Consumer Protection Act of 1993 - Reduces the tariff rate on imported minivans if they are reclassified at a higher duty rate and there is an increase in prices on them at a rate greater than the rate of inflation on domestic minivans. Requires the United States Trade Representative to transmit a specified report to the Congress during any year that a reclassified rate of duty is in effect on imported minivans.
