Summary
Petroleum Industry Antitrust Act - Provides that, after the expiration of the five-year period commencing on the date of the enactment of this Act, it shall be unlawful for any company engaged in the production or refining of petroleum products for commerce to engage in the marketing of petroleum products in commerce or to own or control any company engaged in the marketing of petroleum products in commerce.
