Summary
International Broadcasting Act of 1993 - Sets forth standards for Government-supported international broadcasting. Authorizes the President to: (1) assign responsibility for the functions of such broadcasting to any Federal agency; (2) make grants to carry out specified functions to any public or private entity; and (3) delegate U.S. Information Agency satellite and television authorities under the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 to any Federal agency. Repeals the Board for International Broadcasting Act of 1973. Amends the Radio Broadcasting to Cuba Act to repeal provisions regarding the Advisory Board for Radio Broadcasting to Cuba.
