Provides for the establishment by the Secretary of the Interior of the Cathedral Caverns National Monument in the State of Alabama. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act, but not to exceed $700,000 for the acquisition of the property specified in this Act.
