Summary

Export Administration Act Amendments - Declares that it is the policy of the United States to use export controls to the extent appropriate to retaliate against a nation or group of nations which have unreasonably restricted United States access to their supply of a particular commodity. Declares that it is the policy of the United States to deal with world shortages of particular commodities through international cooperation. Provides that the details of exportation of technical data of United States orgin which is not generally available shall be reported to the Secretary of Commerce. Extends the termination date of the authority granted by the Export Administration Act of 1969 from June 30, 1974 to June 30, 1977.
