Summary
Amends the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965, as amended, to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to provide Federal financial assistance to any State for all incidental costs relating to the acquisition of land, waters, or interests in land or waters acquired under such Act. Extends Federal financial assistance to cover up to 50 percent of the direct program expenses incurred by any State in administering Land and Water Conservation Fund projects.
