Summary
Directs the Secretary of the Army to establish one or more national cemeteries in the central west coast area of Florida, and to acquire such land as may be necessary for such establishment. Directs the Administrator of the General Services Administration, upon request, to transfer to the Department of the Army without reimbursement or transfer of funds any Government-owned land in the central west coast of Florida which the Secretary may determine suitable for a national cemetery. Authorizes the Secretary to use for these purposes any Government-owned land in the area under his own jurisdiction which is no longer needed for military purposes. Authorizes such appropriations as may be necessary to carry into effect the purposes of this Act.
