Summary

Tumalo Irrigation District Water Conservation Project Authorization Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Bureau of Reclamation, to participate in the design, planning, and construction of a comprehensive water conservation project by the Tumalo Irrigation District, Oregon, in order to conserve the water flows in the Tumalo Creek and the Deschutes River in Oregon. Requires the project to be carried out in four specified phases. Provides a Federal share limit of 50 percent of project costs. Authorizes appropriations.
